Hot Cross Buns with Daryl – Thur 21 March $50, 1pm & 7pm class, make hot cross buns to take home, includes recipes , coffee & snacks
Sugo Sunday – Sunday 31st March (Easter) Family day – come along and enjoy a great day together, great music, make sauce, eat pasta – lets all pretend to be Italian! Venue yet to be decided. $20 pp
Pastry Essentials – Monday 23rd April 6pm $60 learn the art of pastry, and ask all those questions you’ve always wanted to know.
Pasta Class – Tues 21st May $60 includes how to use your pasta machine and make both flat & filled pasta
Fungai Forage - lets hunt for mushrooms in the morning then cook them up in a masterclass in the afternoon with Carmine Constantini (Osterio la passione) - May 2013, register your interest for this amazing class $100
Sausage & Salami making! with Alan Harding – around June/July – register your interest for this class $100
Eat, play, love - entertaining made easy with the delicious Corey Dewhurst, a great event is all in the planning – Fri 26th October $60
Spice things up! Make dukkah, spices and all things nice with Jackie. Come forage through the garden, toast mix and grind spices, and enjoy cooking dinner together – Sun Nov 17th 4pm $50
